1. There is a strict NO smoking policy. No smoking of any kind including vaping or cannabis is allowed anywhere on our property.

2. Security Hold for incidentals of $100 required first day of check in and is released a few days after checkout.

3. Pet Policy: DOGS ONLY. No other pets allowed. PLEASE FILTER BY PET TO BOOK A PET FRIENDLY CABIN. NOT ALL OUR CABINS ALLOW PETS. THANK YOU.
• Maximum of 1 dog under 50 pounds allowed and must be over a year old.
• Pets are not allowed to access our furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area. Please use the couch covers and old sheets located in each cabin.
• All pets must be registered at time of booking and pet fee of $50 paid through the guest portal. Non compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. Owner must be willing to submit proof or verify flea prevention prior to checking in.

**If we do not need to use the pet fee for additional cleaning, we will donate to a local animal rescue, A New Leash on Life.

4. Parking is available to the side of the cabins in front of the firepits only. Please do not block or park in front of the cabin or the road. Vehicles parked in or blocking the road will be towed at owners expense. Additional parking lot is located past cabin 6, turn left and you will see the sign.

5. All cancellations/refunds incur a 10% processing fee. Please ensure you purchase travel insurance should you need to cancel outside of our cancellation period 14 days prior to check in. No refunds for cancellations within that time.

6. Quiet Hours between 10pm-7am

7. Checkout time is no later THAN 10am.

Maximum Occupancy is 4 guests.

We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and all natural soaps and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

*We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

*We are unable to provide late checkout without prior approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10am on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 for each half hour the guest fails to vacate the property.
